Salvo Patria
Design for a restaurant based in the Chapinero neighbourhood in Bogota. The restaurant revisits local materials and ingredients and seeks to establish new relationships and connections between them.
Salvo Patria is market kitchen, a restaurant emphasising fresh seasonal produce. Our design focused on exploring relationships between manual processes, the local history of the locality of Chapinero and its architecture. It brings on details from its English inspired houses built in the past century (including the house were the restaurant is based).
